FAQs for Tambola

Tambola is played on a basic principle. The numbers are called on the screen one at a time and players need to strike Numbers on their tickets.
Tambola/Houzee can be played in many different ways depending on the competency level of the target audience.
Tambola is played with Numbers (1-90) being called out on the screen and players striking out those Numbers on their Tickets (By tapping on the number).
The tambola starts every day at 2 PM.
Each Player needs at least 1 Tambola Ticket to participate in the game.
When the game begins, numbers are drawn in a random order shown on top of the screen.
The player needs to cross all the numbers that are visible on the tambola ticket when they are called.
Click on Claim and then on the combination as soon as you achieve a winning combination.
If you join a game late, you can still cross the numbers that have been called out previously
Time of making a Claim is recorded. If several players make a claim for a combination, then one who claims the earliest will get it.
The game ends when all the 90 numbers are drawn, or when a winner has been declared for full house, whichever comes first.
You can play with a maximum of 2 tickets

You have to do 1 transaction in a week to become eligible until Friday. The week is considered from Saturday to Friday
All the transactions approved before 1PM will be eligible to play tambola for the same day at 2 PM
You need to make one transaction in a week, to play tambola everyday till Friday.
You will be eligible to play only after your bill/transaction is approved.
If your bill gets approved or you have made a transaction made after 1 PM, then you are not eligible to play today's game.
In this case you can play from next day until Friday.

Early Five	First to cross 5 numbers on the ticket and claim successfully will win the prize
Top Line	First to cross all numbers on top line and claim successfully will win the prize
Middle Line	First to cross all numbers on middle line and claim successfully will win the prize
Bottom Line	First to cross all numbers on bottom line and claim successfully will win a prize
Six Corners	First one to cross first and last number of each line and claim successfully will win a prize
Left House	First one to cross all numbers from 1 to 45 and claim successfully will win a prize
Right House	First one to cross all numbers from 46 to 90 and claim successfully will win a prize
All Odd	First one to cross all odd numbers and claim successfully will win a prize
All Even	First one to cross all even numbers and claim successfully will win a prize
Full House	First one to cross all the numbers and claim successfully will win a prize

There can be more than one prize for a single winning combination in that case the first n users to claim will get the prize.
You cannot claim the same combination twice for a particular ticket. Where as you can claim the same combination for another ticket in the same game.

As soon as you strike a winning combination you tap on claim below the ticket
Then choose the combination you want to claim.
After you tap on the combination your claim is recorded, if you are the first one to claim that combination you will get the prize.

You will get the prize within 48 hours of the completion of the event.
If it's a voucher it will start reflecting directly in the app.
If it's a physical prize you will receive that within 14 days of the completion of the event.

Crownit will not hold responsibility if winning combination is not claimed.
In case of any other issue, Crownit holds the responsibility to make the final decision.
