  • UX Designer



    • Understand the user experience journey for a product and provide design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals and customer experience
    • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into congruent scenarios, usable flows, and simple, intuitive interfaces
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Designing each screen or page with which a user interacts and ensuring that the UI visually communicates the path of user journey/experience as defined
    • Applying user-centred design processes to create high quality user experiences for our products
    • Maintaining consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states fall under the purview of a UI designer


    Desired Skills

    • Experience with designing mobile apps
    • Understanding of design patterns across web and mobile platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter; applicant must be able to push ahead with design projects and drive progress
    • Ability to translate UX into final polished UI Design.
    • Deep interest in solving design problems
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
    • A start up enthusiast who can work in fast sprint work styles
    • Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy
    • Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography
    • Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends
    • Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is a definite plus

  • Key Account Manager- Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore


    • You will be responsible for growth of participating outlets in the Crown It customer club
    • Create strategy and execute plans for outlet acquisition: marketing, customer engagement and digital/social
    • Develop partnerships and avenues for growth
    • Create lead generation channels to fulfil on monthly targets
    • Develop, execute and analyze marketing initiatives and measure ROI
    • Work closely with tech & customer teams
    • Travel for meetings and manage teams of BD executives

    Experience & Education

    • Min 1 year of  experience in retail B2B sales and marketing
    • Has good experience in sales to retail outlets in India
    • Has exposure to lead generation through digital marketing and other channels
    • Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
    • Very good in follow through, data driven and strong organizational skills
    • Any Graduation OR MBA from prestigious institution
